Workers' Compensation

Through this convenient online application, registered Highmark Casualty Workers’ Compensation customers are able to submit a first report of injury, check claim statuses and view or download reports.

Once a first report of injury is submitted, a claim form will be e-mailed to complete the claim process. Timely first report of injuries is important for optimal outcomes. The sooner Highmark Casualty is aware of a claim, the faster we can work with you to help ensure your employee’s claim is handled appropriately.

The online data resides on a secure server. Claim inquiry reports can be downloaded in CSV, Excel or XML file formats, providing added flexibility. Loss run reports are updated on the first business day of each month and can be downloaded using Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or a later version. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from www.adobe.com.

The online Workers’ Compensation administrative system is provided in conjunction with HM Insurance Group. Highmark Casualty is a part of HM Insurance Group.
